Founding Partner - Counterterrorism & Hostage Negotiations
Former senior official in the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), with decades of experience in counterterrorism and high-stakes negotiations in complex crisis environments.
Served as a senior member of Israel’s National Negotiation Team for Hostage Release, and was directly involved in strategic negotiation processes following the October 7, 2023 crisis.
Adi brings deep regional expertise, having led intelligence-driven and cyber-oriented strategic operations, and works fluently in Arabic, English, and Hebrew - enabling direct engagement across cultural, political, and operational boundaries.
Founding Partner - Counterterrorism & Crisis Management
Retired as an FBI Supervisory Special Agent after over two and half decades of operational, leadership, and academic experience in counterterrorism, crisis management, and national security arenas.
From October 2023 to July 2024, in coordination with Israeli and U.S. partners, led FBI wartime efforts to seek the release/return of over 250 innocent hostages held by Hamas terrorists.
Served in two overseas posts – U.S. Embassy London and U.S. Embassy Jerusalem (Tel Aviv Branch Office).
During his career, David received almost two dozen awards and commendations, including the Attorney General’s Award, the FBI Director’s award, the State Department Superior Honor Award, New Scotland Yard SO15 Commander’s Commendation, the FBI Medal of Excellence, the Director of National Intelligence’s (DNI) Mission Integration Unit Citation, and the DNI’s National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation.
